Hey i ordered a Scuf Xbox one controller and they said it would be posted before 17th of march and they just emailed 3 days after the 20th of march saying it will be 2 weeks can i get compensation for this ?

No you can't get compensation for this, but you can get your money back instead of waiting for 2 weeks

Compensation for what exactly ?

The way I see it is you ordered item X, the website gave a delivery date of 17/03, they then contacted you to say it would be late being delivered/received by you.

You could have had up to £1500 compensation by filling in the ID-10T form up until the 1st of April.
