I hope you haven't damaged your shoulder too badly - I tore my muscle (and possibly damaged the tendon) in October & it still hurts - I find codeine does help but it sometimes takes a few successive doses to reach it's best

Hopefully its nothing serious. Fell down my stairs once trying to get to the door for a delivery man. Slipped on the 6 stair from the bottom and smacked into the door...which has a glass panel so he could see me doing it. I'm lying behind the door trying hard not to cry...

A few mins go by and the letterbox opens and he says "you ok love?"

So drags myself up the door, trying to smile to open the door, scribbled initials and mumbled "thanks"

Closed door and went back up the stairs and bawled like a baby for 10 minutes...hurt like hell so have every sympathy!
