Vinyl florring looks dull after cleaning help?

ive spent a lot on my wood effect vinyl flooring but it always looks dull and watermarked after cleaning. Hope im ok to post this what can I use to stop this and make it look good?
Things will get better day by day.

What are you using to clean it?
I either use hot water with some 1 laundry tablet in or I use my steam mop for when it needs a proper clense. I find the laundry tablet isn't as harsh as chemicals.0 -
