Urgent! Would you like Martin to reclaim you mortgage exit fees for you?

Have you switched mortgage or paid it in full in the last few years?
If so, chances are you paid a fee, technically known as mortgage exit administration fee (MEAF).
MEAF costs have been climbing and in January '07 the FSA told lenders they must justify these increases; in most cases they simply agreed to refund customers the difference, meaning you'll get your cash back. (see Mortgage Fees article).

As part of an ITV Tonight with Trevor programme, Martin is going to spend a day helping people reclaim their mortgage exit fees.
