Suggestions for 4 year old girl Birthday Party

Does anyone have any suggestions for a 4 year old girls birthday party. She has additional needs by
this I mean she has phobias of music, balloons, dancing and has anxiety issues (shes physically fine).
I want it to be a fun and enjoyable day for her and not upsetting. She also finds socializing with her peers
tricky, though we would hope to invite some friends from nursery.

How about a teddy bear's picnic or a little girly tea party? With a few friends and finger food. They could also have something to make rather than the traditional party games?

I second the tea party idea, perhaps with fairycake decorating so they can get a bit messy with icing and edible glitter?

Also since balloons are in issue, paperchains and/or bunting for the decorations

I would def do a tea party style playdate with a couple of preschool/nursery friends
plastic teapots with juice in sandwiches,fruit & cupcakes
at 4 they will be just as happy to play with regular toys so no need to do party games ect if you do want to do an activity arts & crafts are popular or let them decorate the cupcakes readymixed icing and sprinkles makes for lots of fun just be prepared for the mess
