Lending stream and credit resource solutions

I got in trouble payment back a loan to lending stream. They passed it to CSR and I set up a payment plan with them for £25 a month. The debt was for £75. I paid £50 via the direct debit facility then I set up a new bank account and agreed to pay the final payment on my debit card which I did. CSR say the debt us now settled but mending stream say I still owe £25. They answer my emails but skirt around my direct question about where this final payment is. I forwarded emails from CSR confirming settlement and a copy of the transaction. I feel like I'm hitting my head against a brick wall. Wheres my payment gone !!!:mad:

I would send them a letter asking for a full transaction breakdown of the debt.
That will show how they have arrived at an oustanding balance of £25 and what payments they have showing agains the account.

I've just received that info the debt collectors show the transaction but lending stream still saying its outstanding so CSR obviously haven't sent them my final payment. Lending streams just keep saying you gave £25 outstanding. So annoying as I know I don't!! I even forwarded them the email from CSR saying debt was settled.:(
