rice and tins of kidney beans and some frozen vegetables eating out all day Saturday got enough till then so will just be Monday to Friday.

You have loads of meat and other protein.

You need some very cheap carbs to bulk it out.

The rice and kidney beans means that a chilli with rice is priority

Do you have any curry powder? Marg or butter? It is better with smoked fish but kedgeree might be another useful way to use rice and fish until you get ?

    Lunches

Can you afford a few packs of basics pasta (39pish)? And a jar of basics mayo

    Pasta salads
With mayo and chopped cooked sausage
with mayo some tomato sauce and cooked veggies
with mayo, fish and sweetcorn (budget tin)

    Sandwiches
    Sliced sausage and brown/tom sauce?
Cold meat from the pheasant and pickle/chutmey?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
