If you already know that the deals sell out quickly in your local store then the solution is simple

The simple solution is for Lidl to have better stock control, so they do not run out, especially by Saturday afternoon.

I understand you do not want lots of fresh short shelf life chilled item piling up on Sunday afternoon. But they run out 1/4 through the sale window.
