Mortgage with maintanance

Hi,
I'm in the process of getting divorced and selling the family home. My question is, once its all done I'd like to buy a small house for myself and my son (I have sole custody due to issues with his father). Can I get a mortgage based partly on maintenance payments and can anyone recommend a lender?

Yes you can use maintenance payments against your mortgage affordability with many lenders.

No - we cannot recommend a lender on this forum.

Is the maintenance court ordered or through the CSA?
How old is the child(ren)? How many years were you looking to do the mortgage over?
