Hi can anyone help I have got an old style student loan think it's called a mortgage loan. Do I have to declare one off payments from free shares when deferring?

Be very careful Mac wood.
Have your loans been passed to Erudio?
There deferment forms seem worded to imply that you are signing a new agreement to let them include non defaulted loans on credit files etc.
Please check other threads regarding Erudio
Remember Erudio can not change terms and conditions only the original creditor (the SLC) can but they can trick you into signing a new agreement with them.
Be very wary indeed.0 -

I'm talking about pre 1998 loans which are called mortgage loan.
If you took your loans in the early 200's you will have income loans which work thru the tax system.0
