    I will apply for the other reports and review them. Could you advise how to find a decent broker in our area? This is all new to us.

    do you still think it is possible them bearing in mind our previous credit history.

    Are some lenders more flexible than others?

    Avoid estate agent based brokers.

    Sorry to sit on the fence with this but it might go through, it might not. Without seeing the credit reports i would not want to say one way or the other as thats unfair to build your hopes up or knock the wind from you.
