I got the code, had it on my phone and printed just in case, when i checked the store finding it said the esso garage 30 seconds from my door are in on this offer.

I walked in picked up the bottle and when i went to use the code a lady said they don't do it, i stood there and said the website says you do and she said "We don't have to participate, we're not in on that offer"

Kinda disappointing... it says that Coca cola will reimburse the the cokes within 6 days i guess she didn't want the profits from 1 bottle of coke to go missing for 6 days?

I've never in my life claimed a freebie i thought it was going to go quite well lol

I have the exact same experience like Brad. I was in 4 different shops/off-licences, but I couldn't get a single bottle.

It's quite sad, really. I will never try any of these vouchers again. If it's not Tesco or any big supermarket it just won't work. Little private shops don't trust these. They think we try to rip them off and won't even consider scanning the code.

There is even a support number, but nobody working in a shop would ever call that number.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, sad... Yeah i tried an Esso garage and a Co-Op garage none would even try to scan the code as if i was just trying to rip them off for a what £1.20 or something bottle of coke.. lol

I MIGHT try Tesco tomorrow i want to claim my first freebie but it's not going as smoothly as planned I didn't think id run into any problems i mean it's just a bottle of coke not like I'm trying to take away a free sports car from a show room and say "I have a code for a free Audi R8"

Sorry to disappoint you, but the offer really did expire "yesterday" / at the time when you tried to use it, where did you read it expires April? On the actual barcode of the offer it does clearly state: "Valid to 22-Mar-14"

Sorry to hear you also had a disappointing experience but the offer was actually expired at the time you tried, they were wrong to be so rude.

EDIT: I just checked the T&C and it does say the offer is valid until April

"Offer valid from 10th March 2014 until the 21st April 2014."

However that particular code was valid until 22, i wonder if we're going to be getting a new code soon to use?
