Hello, sorry to go off the topic but I have some questions regarding ordering from next that I would appreciate if someone can assist me with:

1. Since I do not want to order the £3.75 catalogue, the lady in Next Directory said if when I register online, I would be offered the option to not have a catalogue delivered - I just registered and did not see this option - did I miss something?

2. I was just about to complete an order online and wanted to use a free delivery code that I saw on hotukdeals, but was not offered an option to input this code - how do I use this code?

3. I have a Next gift voucher - can I use this online?

4. Can I use the free delivery code and gift voucher via a telephone order?

Hi Nick,

As far as I am aware, you cannot use gift vouchers online, but I *think* you can go into a store and use them to pay towards your Next account.

As for the promotional codes, there is a box to enter those into when you sign in.

I can answer the 1st two as ive done this myself

Ring next tell them you dont want a directory and ask them not to send you any. They will then stop all directories being sent to you.

Whilst on phone mention there was no box to enter your free delivery code and they will deduct the delivery for you after 24hrs of placing the order, as this is how long it takes to show up on their system.

Whilst on the phone you might aswell ask them about the next 2 questions.

You can't use vouchers online - very annoying as I have loads from my wedding. You have to wait for your bill and send them through the post special delivery which costs £4, or else order in store and pay for it with vouchers up front. However, if you have a new gift card you can phone up and pay over the phone which is much better. My vouchers are now out of date so I have had them reissued on a gift card which is much easier. hope that helps!!

Yay, I've got a Wednesday slot at 10-10.30pm. First VIP invite from Next ever so am very pleased. Presume we won't be able to get the 3 digit sales code until some people have had their VIP slot and checked what it is.

Can anybody help me I am so so desperate to but a pair of Next camouflage Trousers but now they have gone in the sale so they are very difficult to locate if any out there the Style No is 114-321 size 10 reg ( sort of Khaki print) Does anyone work in a Next store that could help me or even can get into the Staff shop? know of a Next factory Shop or Seconds shop...I hope someone out there can help.. I really have got to have these trousers
