Diversions/Variations

Can anyone advise which regs apply now? We have a CSA1 case which is going to tribunal due to a re-assessment decision made 2012/2013. An application for variation has been made and we do not know which regs apply - have seen that Child Support (Variation) Regs 2000 superceded early Departure regs. This was still while CSA1 was in use as CSA2 did not come into force until 2003. It is all very confusing :(

If you are still on the original scheme then it will be a Departure. If your case has been converted to 2003 scheme then it will be a Variation.
