Hi, I had one today from royal mail for £1.09? How much was yours? Assumed it was something I'd ordered but maybe not then?!0

Looks like someone has been sticking a 1st Class stamp onto a envelope that should be Large Letter (69p 2nd Class)
Hence the £1.09 fee (9p underpayment + £1 RM charge)0
