Picture financial

Hi all,
Cleaned up my file a while back and not looked at it for a while then the other day I check and see that there was the picture financial account that I did write to, was still there and open showing default as recently as Jan 2014
I have spoken to the credit agency and they gave me a name of a company that took over picture as it isn't operating anymore
The question I'm asking is can I get picture to change the default date etc as they don't operated as anymore?
