Dear all,
OH in process of going BR- was told by CAB that DWP are considering stopping people including tax credit overpayments as part of BR.
So if this applies to you- get your BR badge quick!

Not heard that yet, but would not surprise me.
There have been a few rulings in the High/Appeal court lately that have gone against DWP/TaxCredits etc meaning more than used to be are written off. So I imagine they might try to change the law.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I'm certainly not aware of anything - would be an incredible step; HMRC tax credits not in BR, HMRC tax and NI included.......
Personally I doubt it, I hope I'm right!
