if you just want the free trial , I think the only relevent bit would appear to just be the last sentence ( as you would be cancelling your subscription , not cancelling an order or asking for a refund )0 -

Never received mine, ordered 19th March and had to cancel yesterday as today was end of free trial

yes they are either incompetent or pulling a fast one as the trial pack never arrives yet the first 8 pack of beers arrives and they charge you £28. anybody else had trouble???
they say the original free trial was damaged and returned to them! I don't think so or I would have been informed. Don't touch them a bad firm.0
