ooh thanks for posting the new support post . Hopefully I will get some of my late payments. I'm not sure whether it means leave it another 35 days for redemptions that are already 20 days over 35 days though ! I'm not posting normally again until I get them though so another long wait !

Oh if you've got your 4th I am hopeful for my 5th Sept payment in the next couple of days?!
May have to give up on my missed/lost payment from August
