Member support have just posted saying that they are having delays in redemptions: "
We are experiencing higher than average incoming redemption volume, almost double to be exact and payments are taking up to an additional 5 days for us to process. Please allow up to 35 days for your redemption to be processed.
Rest assured that if you have followed the rules you will receive your redemption.
We also apologize if you are frustrated by not yet receiving a response from us about a question you have emailed in, but we are a small staff, receiving thousands of emails per day ranging across many different topics.
As we have stated many times, we are a young start-up, with a small staff, but we will overcome hiccups like these and get back on track.
Thanks again for your patience with us."


Mine is late by well over 5 days but it's made me feel slightly better. I don't mind if payments are late, just as long as they do actually come through. I'm glad they've made an effort to communicate :T

Personally I would say to be very careful being deemed to be critical of Bubblews on there. I know of people who've been deleted for this reason. So just be like this > when posting about your missing money, just incase

I redeemed on 24th August so should have received my email too but nothing yet. I'm going to have to let the 30th July one drop I think.

I would normally redeem on a Monday but I have only made $8 this week as I haven't bothered posting due to not being paid. Its about $200 that is outstanding.

My payment from 25th August has arrived in paypal overnight. I'm still missing one from 30th July though but a little happier to carry on bubbling now.
