Its basically a record of tags. Any tags you create or any tags you use already created by another user show up in your Bubble pulse activity. To tag a word add the + sign before it.

Some times I find it very laggy sometimes it loads quick, I havent been on much this wekend.

Is anyone struggling like me to find people? I am using the search bar to try to find people and it is having none of it and then tells me the site is offline

Another daft question how do you tag a person? I know to tag a word you put a + is it the same for a name?

The FAQ kinda leaves a lot to be desired really
