It says it's been down for just over 4 hours - which makes sense because it stopped working just after I'd finally managed to submit a bubble! (The same thing happened yesterday.)

I think it's based in the USA or Canada. It's been in operation for about 2 years, so still relatively new compared to some other long-standing earning sites.

I stumbled across it whilst using MyLot when someone wrote a short article about Bubblews. I do think a large portion of members on Bubblews are ex-MyLot users. MyLot is still in existence, but it doesn't pay any more.
