Well, I went to court yesterday and today the OR phoned. Very fast which is good . He was very friendly and only had a few questions to ask me. I need to send him some statements and loan agreements but he said if I hadn't got any of them, not to worry about it. He said he had no interest in my Co-op basic account and would write to them today. ( I phoned the coop yesterday to inform them and they , basically weren't interested as there are no credit facilities on the account. ). That was it really, all over in ten minutes but. M y case wasn't complicated with property or anything. He said that if my creditors phone or write just give them my BR. Number and if the persist, don't entertain them just hand their details to him and he will deal. He said that some creditors keep trying even though they s houldn't
The whole process was very easy to be honest and it feels good today for it all t be behind me good luck to any of you who are about to enter into it. Keep cool and let everything just roll on, it will be fine x
Edit: just to add that he wasn't interested in my 12 year old banger car or my pension or my budget priced laptop.

No news on the house insurance yet, I haven't had a chance to phone. Aviva and elephant were fine with the car insurances but both are paid upfront so I can't comment on instalments. Both also said renewal wouldn't be a problem as long as they were paid upfront. I'll update the other thread xSPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
