NRAM Help

Our house is going to be repossessed by NRAM, it up for sale but has not had any offers, its valued at £110,000. We have a together mortgage £112,000 secures and £11,000 unsecured.......fingers crossed it sells!

Once it has been repossessed, I assume NRAM will sell ASAP, then contact us to negotiate a repayment schedule. Does anyone have a ballpark idea on how long this process could take and how much could be outstanding?

We will be living in the USA by then and hopefully will have purchased a house, and found jobs. We will then be able to negotiate a repayment schedule. Will NRAM accept a repayment schedule from outside the UK?
I have been told that they would probably issue a charging order, would they be able to do this on property outside the UK?
