I have been a member of this site far too long to still be in debt
Its time to sort things out and get on top of it all by the time im thirty. I have been off of work for nearly three years now and have recently changed my choice of career and to be honest im alot happier now. I dont earn much only around £70 a week due to having to care for my son. Im hoping as he gets older this will improve and i can earn more.
I used to be so organized when i had my last diary so im back and will have this debt gone by April 2015. Its back to meal plans, excel spreadsheets (now my laptop is fixed :j) and NSD
Wish me luck im going to need it.
EDIT:
Aims for the rest of this month -
Sort my passport (URGENT)
Sell unwanted DVD's / CD's to music magpie
Sort excel out and budget for April
Meal Plans / Freezer inventory
Prep Invoices for March / Expenses
Sort out DS clothes for trip in April - plan what he needs

Heya! I do still read your diary. Its going to be an interesting journey thats for sure. I really should of cleared the debts when I had money, never mind!
Going to make sure I do it this time0 -
Well, I had a last minute two hour meeting yesterday so an extra £22.80 in the pot. Im going to use this for my passport as one company I work for wont pay me until they see it. Cant believe Ive lost my old one so thats £81.25 that I will be paying on Friday hopefully, I will get recent pics done tonight for that. DS also needs three photos for a club he attends on Thursdays. So thats an extra £10 needed.
Works finished for the day today and i annoyingly missed a parcel from the post man, I will collect it tomorrow on my way to work.
Looked at selling old DVD's last night and looks like most of mine are worth 30p or 25p but it all helps and gets rid of them and gives us more space.
Halfway though the week already, time is flying by!0 -
Opps, forgot to mention spent quite a bit of time signing back up to mystery shopping, hope to get some assignments soon.0

Had a lovely weekend with DS. Even if I had to turn the internet off on Saturday as i caught him watching minecraft videos, he is a addict to minecraft. So ive banned him from having his phone for a while

Passport has been sorted, checked by the post office and sent off Saturday morning. I need this to come back as soon as possible because one company wont pay me until they see it, so i know that money wont be paid until the end of April.
Looked into musicmagpie - really boring,my phone wont scan the bar codes  think i might pack them away until i do a car boot sale.
SPREADSHEETS - oh how i have missed you. Have set up on for the rest of this month and April. If i stick to it that will be great and i will have money left at the end of the month.
Meal Planning done and ive got spicy lamb meat balls in the oven ready to heat up when we get back in tonight. Im only working 3.45 until 7.30 and DS has trampolining 5.30 - 7.30 so we need something quick.
Have already done invoices for March ready to go out. Hopefully they will be paid quickly.
Have a great week people!0 -
Woo hoo, the money I borrowed from my dad to process my passport doesnt have to be repaid, its an early birthdy pressent. This means i can make more off an overpayment on the credit card. And I can buy my new trainers next week - which I really need for work. My cheap plimsoles from Primark are just rubbish!
Off to adjust the spreadsheet!0 -

Im back! Its taken a while. Ive had alot to sort out and my laptop is being very tempermental at the moment so it makes it harder to post.
So ive had the 2 most expensive months, December and January. DS is now 13! Havent a clue where the time has gone.
So where am I now, well about 1.5k in debt. Not that bad but not that good. The aim of being debt free by 30 isnt going to happen really but it still needs to go!
Ive already started swagbucks again, making sure i use quidco ect. But i really need to get ontop of the food and spends budgets. DS is costing a fortune in clothes and food. And already this year ive had two letters for camps at £80 and £30 each. It may seems expensive but he is doing his second level in sailing and power boating so is useful and it keeps him busy, which means he is out of trouble!
So my new budget starts in February. I MUST MUST MUST stick to it this time.0
