Halifax accounts

Hi all , following my BR last summer , Halifax closed my main account down along with my credit card with them (both in debt)
The two accounts dissapeard from my online account shortly after. However both my standard current account and my savings account have remained active , and can still see them when i log into my online account , in fact the saving account still has 52p in it too.
I hadnt logged in for about 3 month , but have just done so now and there is now a new credit card account open on there too , a Halifax Visa , with a £500 credit limited , different account number to the Halifax mastercard that was in my BR. Very strange indeed , any one got any ideas , i really hate having to speak to halifax onthe phone
