I make a claim against the Mortgage Advisory Bureau about two years ago. They ignored my two recorded delivery letters and so I went down the FSA route after a very long time, around 21 months the judgement was in favour of me and the Mortgage Advisory Bureau have now to make suitable offer of recompense with 4 weeks according to FSA it is now 6 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. What do I do now?

Go back to the FOS (not the FSA) and say that they are still ignoring you.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
