I really love this blog; she's a great writer, and I like her understanding of the compers v bloggers debate that seems to have begun of late

You like her because she agrees with you.
Thanks for your comment, Red... I will take it that you asked a question, and answer it for you
I like her because she can see things from both sides of the blogger / comper divide.
As I've said in earlier posts on here, I believe that compers only behave fairly if they only enter bloggers' comps that they want to win, and likewise bloggers behave fairly if they follow the ASA guidance and don't eliminate those who comp.0 -

I admire Sarah for admitting to and talking about her mental health issues. She does a fantastic job of writing her blog and she is an inspiration to many people! I follow Sarah's blog and a few other blogs written by people with mental health or physical health issues and I never compare any of them - I treat everyone as equals!

I think what Sarah has written about blogger and compers is very fair - well done to Sarah! :T:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
Personally I didn't even notice the 'mental health' issues and surely that's not the point of JessicAhh's post?
I thought the blog in general showed a balanced and diplomatic viewpoint on the bloggers Vs compers issue, so maybe that appeals more to people with a similar outlook on life?
Personally I only started following blogs when I started comping last year, this means certain bloggers are now being followed by me BECAUSE I became a comper! Of those blogs, I entered a comp originally, but have stayed a fan of their pages and quite enjoy their updates. :cool2:

I do find it worrying that the same people yesterday, who were (rightly) defending the blogger who didn't want 'comper trolls' are today doing the opposite to Sarah. I don't think either blogger deserves vilification. I was just hopeful we could have a bit of positivity towards bloggers' attitudes to comps for a change (and, indeed, that was seemingly what those defending yesterday's blogger wanted too... Until this thread began... Some are never happy, I guess!).
I'm just sorry I posted it now. I just wanted to share what I felt was a very open approach to a situation that seems extremely topical on CCC at the moment.0 -
JessicAhh - never feel sorry for posting anything. Ever. Seriously. The only thing you MIGHT want to feel sorry for is the reaction of someone else - and only then because their reaction makes clear their far far greater problems! I was interested to read your post so it wasn't wasted.0
