Help with letter template

Hi everyone,
For the past 14 months I have been making payments via Stepchange to my outstanding creditors. To cut a long story short, I would now prefer to make payments myself, as Stepchange is no longer working for me.
I am now therefore going to contact each of my creditors to request the necessary details for me to make payment to. With this in mind I would be grateful for your help in writing a letter to them. I was thinking something like the below but any help would be appreciate.
Dear xxxxx,
Re: loan reference xxxxxxxx
As I am sure you are aware, I am currently on a DebtManagement Plan with Stepchange debt charity, and have been making payments toyou through this method for the past 14 months. It has become clear to me,however, that paying via this method is no longer convenient for me, and Iwould prefer to make payments directly to you.
At present I am paying £5.00 per month to you however I amnow able to increase this amount to £6.00 per month – a payment that I shallstart making to you as soon as I have received the required details from you. Iam hopeful that I will also be able to increase this amount further towards theend of this year, but I will notify you closer to this time should this be thecase. As part of my commitment to repaying, I shall also write to you every 3 months to notify you of any changes to my circumstances.
In order to enable me to make regular monthly payments toyou, can you please provide the below details to me:
The company account number
The company sort code
Once I receive the above details from you, I will commencemonthly payments to you accordingly. My intention is to make the first payment on31 March 2014 so I would be grateful if you could send these details to me bythis date. As I am paid by my employer on the last working day of the month, this is when I also intend to make my future monthly payments.
Thank you in advance for your support and co-operation insupplying the necessary payment details.

I'm not sure whether it is a copy and paste issue, but you need to proof read it for spelling and running words together. Other than that, it seems perfectly acceptable.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it

Thank you for your replies - really appreciated.
Yes it is a copy and paste issue from where I took from word. For some reason when I pasted it into here it made the writing huge etc!
Thank you both your replying - will get it sent out tomorrow.0
