Has any one managed to order this on the 0800 number .It closd at ten .It would be interesting to know what sales person said....??

I got a refurb ipod around 4/5 months ago and I didn't get a confirmation email for that either until 2 days after - the ipod came the next day before the confirmation email did!!

Apple will certainly have egg on their faces either way but I do feel sorry for the YTS spotty boy that hit the wrong ket when typing the price in :rotfl:

I tried to confirm the order on the phone but the answer phone said they close at 8pm even though the website says 10pm

Read this and decided to not go through with the order. Good luck guys but I doubt you'll get it unfortunately. The main reason will be some idiots will be ordering more than 10 to selll on on ebay, and the large volumes of orders will make them kill the whole lot. If everyone ordered just one there may well be a chance of them all slipping through, but with how greedy everyone is I doubt it.

Don't forget quidco for 3%!

Holding my breath, told 10 of my closest friends that I have bought them surprise presents and they can't wait.

Obviously I'll be contacting my solicitor, threatening a boycot of Apple, crying etc etc when I receive the "sorry it was a mistake email" butuntil then shuuuuuush, they probably won't notice a 100000% increase in sales.

Has anyone got a phone number so I can ring up just to check when they are delivering the pallet load?

good luck but i remember when they made a pricing error a long while back with speakers everyone baught tonnes but all I got was a refund on my card. Don't hold ur breath guys
