All done, thank goodness. Went to court this morning & I was the only one there for BR. The lady was ever so nice & she went through my forms. I paid the fees . My income support letter was a few days over the month so I had to pay the court fee too. I can claim that back when my new income support letter arrives. She then took everything to the judge & told me where to wait. 20 mins later she brought out the paperwork for me to keep & that was that.
Now sitting in the car feeling very relieved. It really is nothing to worry about.
I would just like to say a huge thank you for all the advice available on here & to those who have answered my questions in the last couple of days. All I have left to do is let insurance companies know.
Phew!!!
