CCJ Claim

Hi All,
Just wondering if someone can help me.
During a period of sickness last year I stupidly took out a payday to help cover the costs of rent etc anyway I recently (6 or so months ago) put the loan on my debt management plan with a few other debts that I owe.
Last Wednesday I received a letter from the company stating that I need to pay them or they will take out a CCJ, So I called them, explained my situation and they agreed with the DMP Repayments.
On saturday I received a CCJ letter from northampton CC stating that the lender want to take out a CCJ. I have noticed there seems to be some false information on the claim stating that I agreed to pay them in full within 4 months, which I didnt.
I have a few questions.
1) Due to the false information on the claim, can I get this retracted?
2) Can the company withdraw the CCJ if I pay in full? (my family have offered me the money)
3) I am currently going through security clearance for work and a CCJ would severely effect my Job to the point where I would be made redundant, Is there anything I can do about this?
4) My Hire Purchase company state that if I have a CCJ in the term that I am paying off my car they can withdraw the finance and take my car, is this likely to happen? once again can anything be done about this? I need my car for work.
Thanks for any help

1. Doesn't really make much difference, you owe the money and have defaulted.
2. Yes, you need to act quickly but at any time before judgment has been entered the proceedings can be withdrawn. Even if they get the judgment, if it is settled within 28 days, it doesn't get registered so won't appear on your file.
3. Not that I can see.
4. Don't know, but an ability to do something doesn't necessarily mean that they will.

It sounds like your best course of action is to pay it off and defend the claim on the grounds that it is paid. It's section 2 on the n9b from memory.
You can do this online
You need to do this within 14 days of the service date which is 5 days after the issue date on the claim form, for Northampton claims.0
