I wonder if anyone can offer any advice, I sent off a CCA request to CQ in december and received a reply on 11/3/14 which came with 2007-2009 printout of statements and the original application form, with a signature.
a) surely I should have received something by middle of January at the latest
b) if i requested a copy of the agreement and received the original application, surely they haven't fulfilled the CCA request, besides this application form only has a signature in my name and not the original creditors signature.
How should i proceed in replying to CQ?
