Got mine a while back but as I remember it you get another email after redeeming voucher with the gift card link.
This is a lot to avoid sent them an email asking simple question got an auto response saying send a ticket, sent a ticket and still no actual response.
If anything goes wrong with this lot good luck in sorting it out.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
received email saying successfully redeemed but still no voucher available.
emailed customer services but told need to complete online form and get a ticket so done this but still no ticket visible on my account.
don't think i will be using this site again...0 -

As others have said it is a lot of Faff!
Just been back and looked shortly after this email got another one saying "Your Debenhams e-Giftcard"
It does get there in the end but not sure all the work is worth £5
Don't expect an answer to your enquiry I never got one about mine.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
Hi there, don't forget to check your spam folders for the actual gift card if its missing, after several non replied tickets I emailed the CEO and had to eat humble pie when suggested it might be in my spam..... Which it was lol!
He did apologise for the delay in response times and also they never answer the phones-I used an app called weqforu and was waiting over an hour and still no response. CS also replied to the ticket very late and have given me £5 mighty cash as an apologyGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -
I too am having problems....I have entered my voucher code "mightydeals.co.uk/redeem.aspx?ldid=16983" as requested, then thank you for redeeming your voucher you will receive an email ....etc etc etc.
I have no emails at all from Mighty deals, even promotional one. I only knew I got this one by logging into my mightydeals account. I have created 2 tickets the first being Sunday 23rd and have had nothing.
No its definately not in my spam but am wondering if there is a problem with aol.co.uk accounts !! and t he money has been debited from my account.
....next port of call is the C.E.O. me thinksBorn and bred in Manchester (proud of it)

Tried to use 3 online yesterday and the Debenhams website say only allowed 2 in one transaction. Went to store and they said the same so i had to kick off before they accepted the 3. Agree alot of faff0

I didn't have any problems with mine. And I haven't had any problems with purchases on MightyDeals (though I would never buy anything 'expensive' from there just in case. Sometimes product delivery can be a little slow but if you consider that it's often promotions by small companies who suddenly received 100s of orders when they're not used to that kind of business it's sort of to be expected.
The Debenhams voucher in particular is in 3 stages:
1. Order from website
2. Await email 24 hours later which has the link to redeem the MightyDeals voucher by entering the voucher details (someone posted the link on an earlier post on this thread).
3. I THINK (been a couple of days since I did mine now) that once you enter the MightyDeals voucher details onto the page above then you are able to immediately download the PDF voucher which can be used either online or in store. Another user on here commented that the gift card number didn't work when copying and pasting the code into the Debenhams website - you have to copy type it in.
I don't think it's too much faff considering the discount... but maybe that's just me.0 -
