Hi can anyone help? myself n hubby have seperate debt plans which charge,weve completed online plan with step change but heard nothing yet.do they just send out a pack ?

we were the same. they sent out pack after about a week and then we filled out the forms, emailed in scanned copys of them and scanned copys of our payslips and benefits. got a phonecall next day saying they had recieved everything and to confirm a couple of original creditors and that was that. easiest thing wev ever done and never looked back!! cant recommend stepchange enough.0
