Response Time for Appeal

I appealed my ticket and sent the letter recorded delivery 3 weeks ago today. Is there a response time within which I should hear from the PPC? I am wondering if they are leaving it until the last minute or just decided its not worth the hassle. I have asked for a POPLA code but they have not given me this either.
Thank you

I know ParkingEye say they will reply within 28 days.0

I lost my POPLA appeal but I knew I was right so I let them take me to court and I won!!! If you've got the stomach for a fight it's well worth it!0

Have you tracked receipt, seen [usual illiterate]signature online?
pe are notorious for not giving popla codes, not answering real letters.
Email straight to steve.c@britishparking.co.uk and tell him what you have told us.
It may take him a couple fo goes, but he has the electronic cattle prod which galvanises pe.
You'll see a 'verification code' - 10 figs - bottom l/h corner. Then come back here and use the Code Checker, to ensure its validity.
Then read the Newbies Thread again and show us your appeal before you send it.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Is this UKPC? I'm getting a lot of complaints that they are ignoring appeals and sending out increased charge notices.
I have told everyone to complain to the BPA to let them know what is going on and I have also emailed steve Clarke to see if he can find what is going on (no reply yet)
In your case, the PPC should reply in 14 days and complete the process in 35. As they missed the 14 day deadline, email the BPA to complain

This protects you in case they pretend they sent a reply, but did not.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Did you Rachel? I don't think we have 'ParkingEye v Speight' in our successes so please update your old thread with your court outcome!!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Many thanks for the email address. I shall contact them today and wait for a response. I thought I had read somewhere that they had 14 days to acknowledge a complaint. Seems a bit of a joke to sign up to a code of practice and then ignore it.
And thanks for the advice about checking the recorded delivery letter. Sneaky. But you were right. They havent signed for it. Still, I will chase BPA anyway. Not really the behaviour I would expect from a reputable company. But then I guess it could be argued that UKPC are a reputable company.
Thanks again0 -
Sorry. Its UKPS in Wellingborough. Different name but the same beast!0

As advised I emailed Steve Clark and the relevant department at aos. They are advising me that the ppc does not have to reply or acknowledge the letter within 14 days which is how I understood it.
Will now just wait for ukps to contact me. Hopefully with a popla code. But twice they have ignored my request for this.0
