urgent advice please

please can anyone give me some urgent advice please .natwest have just contacted me again saying they agree with the repayment plan agreed with stepchange. then they say can you send the old credit card back cut in 2 g the well when first starting the dmp with stepchange i was advised to destroy the card put through the shreder which i did .can anybody give me advice please what i should do next

Switch the wires in the shredder's plug, tip the shredder upside-down, and turn it on, and it should comeback out OK.0

Just write to them, stating the card has been destroyed and you request written confirmation the matter is now resolved.:beer:0
