Urgent Help Please,

Seeking answers to these questions:-
Had some old debts and was paying off £1 per month then stopped paying for a year. Now have asked for cca agreement and one company sent back about 5 lines including my signature but not theirs. Shouldn't they have signed it and shouldn't the agreement be longer than 5 lines ?
No cca no enforceable debt? Is this true ?
What about all the extra charges over the years - can you claim these back under the new legislation ?
Could family members buy these debts for small amount?
Thanks in anticipation ! (newbie)

    Hi

Not an expert myself, but am sure one will be along soon.

    Good luck
