Hi
I have just recieved a letter from Lowell Portfolio I stating that they have have taken over a T Mobile debt and that they have appointed Red Debt Collection Services to act as collection recovery agents. I have never had a T Mobile account and want to know what i should do to resolve this matter.

Send them a letter (theres a template somewhere on this website), asking for a copy of the credit agreement. They have a certain period of time to produce it otherwise you can tell them to sod off.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0
