CC summons for unknown aged debt

What you would need to do is file a disclosure form to the court.
Your request will be denied as they only have to send copies of evidence the plaintiff intends to use against you, this is often dropped on your in the court waiting room.
They changed all the form numbers around, forum Legal beagles will know what they are calling the standard disclosure request form these days.
Anyone here know what N number it is now.
Anyway file this requesting the plaintiff hands over to the court all documentation they hold in relation to this file so it can be used in defence.Be happy...;)0
