Wouldn't normally bump but I'm incensed by the hotel's description of their rooms. "All the bedrooms are highly luxurious and beautifully furnished and decorated."

We stayed before Christmas and asked to change rooms but couldn't so our nights were spent in a room with a small window looking on to a brick wall, a window obscured by a wardrobe and a high tiny window overlooking a building site. The room was dark even with all available lights switched on, we regularly heard the crunching of next door's electrical small bore toilet system and our set drawers was rickety. Given the choice I'd go to a Premier Inn.
