Whilst you're applying for jobs, take a look at this thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4928322 which is about making an extra £10 a day. It doesn't solve the long term problem, but it might inspire you and give you ideas for generating more income.
As others have said, you come across as intelligent and I'm sure you could set up a business on your own - either as IT tech support, or even going down the YouTube videos and blog road. I've got a little knowledge on the blogging for income route, so feel free to PM me for information.
