How long before i chase again?

Hi guys i won the Filth DVD competition in February, the prize being a 42 inch flat screen tv and a blu ray player, i got a call saying i was the top prize winner and someone would be in touch within 28 days to arrange delivery, i waited 30 days and then called The Sun, i was worried that it had been a hoax more than anything but the lady confirmed the prize and that i'd won and offered to chase it up, i got an email that day saying the promotions company had been contacted and should be in touch soon, that was just over a week ago and today i got a Filth DVD in the post, i'm not sure why as the competition was for a blu-ray player so i assumed i'd get a blu ray copy of the film but i've heard nothing else, i got a 1inch thick strip that said 'congratulations The Sun' and nothing else, the packet is posts with a PR company's logo not The Suns and i'm wondering how long do i leave it before i contact them again, do i contact the PR company that sent the DVD or The Sun?

I would get in touch with them both today saying the prize arrived today but it doesnt match what you were expecting.
