My CSA case has just been closed after 15 year, its went to the financial dept and they have worked how much nrp owes, £6000, but because he has never responded to any letters ever, they have no idea of his financial position, so it has went to a default rate of £5 pw, so what happens next if he doesnt respond...
he has never had contact or paid a penny, child is 19 now,
thanks

You will probably need to be on at them to enforce it for you. It will probably mean regular phone calls and demands to speak to supervisors. They should still collect for you - particularly if at any time you were on benefits prior to 2010 - but will take some pushing.
Is he likely working cash in hand?0
