Transcript of home report?

Hello,
Natwest have said we have passed the credit stage on our mortgage application but now they've asked for proof of our deposit (which is fine) but also there getting the transcript of our home report ? We're in Scotland so don't need a survey! What does this mean?
MA says we might not get official offer until end of next week , that's 3 weeks after our mortgage application and 3 weeks before our move in date! My solicitor is asking daily where our offer is..
Any ideas what this transcript is and how long it takes?
