Most of the samples from Clinque tend to be those that you get from department store counters but have found my local branch (Boots in Leeds) to be very generous without making you feel like your on the scrounge!!!! Have also found that Dermalogica send out loads of samples to their stockists (Your local stockist can be found very easily on their website). Hope this helps.0

I went to the clinique counter in debenhams and bought a foundation, unfortunately the clinique assistant wasnt there so someone else served me and it turned out that the foundation wasnt suitable for my skin at all, it looked awful. I emailed clinique to tell them and they sent me the correct foundation for my skin completely free and also sent a box of fantastic samples. I emailed them again to thank them for the samples and told them how much i enjoyed using them and a few days later another box of samples turned up!! The samples were miniatures but got lipsticks, mascara, eyeshadow, make up remover, and all sorts of moisturisers etc. I really love clinique now!! Recently looked on their site and in the FAQ's section it does say they dont send samples on request but I guess it wouldnt hurt to ask!:snow_laug New to this, but learning ....:rotfl:0

did you need to send the clinique foundation back? because i had the same problem with being told to to buy a foundation that was completely wrong (texture and colour. i looked orange and greasy) and i wasn;'t allowed to exchange it at the counter, so i chucked it and bought a rimmel foundation instead.Member of the NSPAC since 20070

Hiya, just wondered which email address you used as I have had a similar problem - I've bought 3 different foundations, I get different advice every time off the women at the counter who never listen when you tell them what you want (they never believe how white my skin is and every time I end up looking tangoed) - it always looks great under the shop lights but when you get home it's a whole different story!
Anyway sorry to ramble - just thought you might have an address I could email too... thank you0 -

i emailed them through their website saying that i'd been told to buy a product that looked dreadful, and they emailed me back the next day asking when & where i bought it and for a product code on the bottom. but i said i didn't have the product anymore (why would i keep foundation that doesn't look good?) and she said its their company's policy to refund anything their customers aren't satisfied with
anyway, this is the email address they emailed me back with:
ConsumerCommunications-CLUK@clinique.com
or you can go through their website directly:
