Rebuild a new credit file while bankrupt

    I would suggest that you contact the Bankruptcy Advise Service before you go down the route of something that would be seen as fraudulent,iv not actually heard of a Bankrupt obtaining a mortgage whilst un discharged .

    Gill Hankey manages to do it alot mainly for securing the house from the OR. She said to me that she has a broker who can get mortgages for people in BR with little or no interest penalty.

    I think it's a lot to do with the fact mortgages aren't included in bankruptcy and paying for the roof over your head is usually only put below putting food in your mouth when it comes to paying the bills.
