Final push, want to achieve security for my daughter

Hi everyone
I haven't been on here for a long time and I feel I have taken my eye off the ball somewhat. The debt has gradually been decreasing through my DMP but I recently had a daughter and am determined to get sorted and back on the property ladder.
I would really welcome some help in taking things step by step. I'm not stupid but I really find this stuff very difficult. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
Firstly congratulations on the birth of your daughter. Sounds like you have made steps towards becoming debt free with your DMP so that's good. Are you able to post an SOA for us to see if you can make some savings.
Do you have anything saved so far?
Have you looked into the mortgages which only require a small deposit?
What about shared ownership?
Do you have a job? If so is it one which would enable you to apply for a keyworker home?House renovation savings £25,000/£25,000
Emergency fund £1000
When you hit rock bottom the only way is up!
If you believe in yourself you can climb mountains0
