New to twitter comps

Hi,
I am new to twitter comps and just started a twitter account specifically for comping.
I have a couple of questions..
1. Some companies will post the same tweet about their comp over and over, can you retweet each time they mention it? or is it just a one tweet only entry thing?
2. Comps like the current virgin holidays one where there seem to be no t&c's visible, but they say send your tips and photos, can you send as many as you like?

Yep , if I happen to catch companies tweeting again about the same competition I will hit retweet, it can't hurt!
I'm not really sure about the second one, I imagine it would be fine if the competiton is being judged on the best effort rather than a random prize draw. I'm pretty new to all this though so maybe others would know more than me !
