Yes, it is £5 for the photo block plus £4.99 delivery making a total of £9.99 if you order one item. Sorry if this wasn't clear in my post, but I made a typing error it seems & left out the word "delivery" before the "charge of £4.99" bit!

Yes, you can order as many as you like at the reduced price (and only have to pay the one delivery/p&p charge of £4.99).
